First of all, Elaine was extremely patient! While I ended up in the first townhome I viewed, I was very diligent about my search and I spent lots of hours researching and looking for homes on the internet. Elaine went to just about EVERY single listing that I looked at, and if Elaine couldn't make it for some reason, she always sent someone with me that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And in regards to knowledgeable, Elaine is a wealth of knowledge with all things pertaining to real estate. If I ever had a question about appliances, HOAs, etc, Elaine was able to tell me exactly what I had asked. On the rare chance that she was unable to answer my question, she immediately found the answer and reported back to me. Again, she's not only knowledgeable, but she's extremely communicative and responsive! My homebuying process took a few months, and Elaine was truly with me every step of the way. I was able to call her and talk with her at the drop of a hat. If for some odd reason she missed my call or my text, she would typically respond within 20-30 minutes (maximum)! Last but certainly not least, Elaine is so extremely hard-working and professional. Elaine made dozens (and dozens MIGHT be an understatement) of phone calls and emails to different members of my team and the deal (such as my lending agent, my lawyers, and the seller's agent). The amount of time that she put into this work was not countable, because that is how HARD she works. She works 24/7 around the clock to make sure that her buyer's get quality, top-notch service. I am forever indebted and grateful for working with Elaine. While I want to spend time in my current home, I know that if and when the day comes, I will be calling Elaine again to help me SELL and PURCHASE what ever new property that I set my eyes on, and all prospective buyers (or renters or sellers), you should absolutely call her too!
